Close but no cigar

Hey! In case you have n't heard let me be the one to tell you, that Brett Farve has indeed not retired but has been traded to the New York Jet's. Yes ; Farve is in New York the playing field has been leveled in the division.
ESPN reported that the deal came into fruition in the early stages on Thursday and the terms that have been released;are that the jet's will have to give the Pack anywhere from a 4th round draft choice to a 1st round draft choice if the Jet's should happen to make it to the SuperBowl; all of the terms are sure to be disclosed in the next few weeks, and the knowns are that the jet's will give up an increased draft choice to the Pack if Farve can or does play the majority of the season.
Lots of people (including myself) were thinking and or hoping that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers would have been able to get the 16 year veteran of the NFL.
There is still hope for the Buc's; Chad Pennington's agent has been contacted by the Buc's orginization and we'll all have to sit back and watch the sea of quarter backs make their play for their spot in the own respective rosters.
